How do I place an order with River Forks Imports?
You may place an order with us by following one of the methods below if you are an existing customer:
- Type your order in Excel. Fax or email the order to the main warehouse. Your signature must accompany
each order. Be sure to include any special instructions with your order.
- You may call and place your order, but you will be required to sign the order before it will be processed.
In most cases it will be faxed to you so that you may sign and return it.
- You may visit our main warehouse, where your sales representative will assist you in placing your order.

How do I place an order as a new customer?
We are a wholesale company only and require a copy of your business license, state sales tax certificate
and other related information before you may open an account with River Forks Imports. Once you have
established an account, you may follow the procedures listed above in placing your order. Note: All new
orders must be paid in full. No credit is available for first-time buyers, however, after your first order has
been paid for in full, you may qualify for one of our credit options. You may contact our main office or your
sales representative for further information regarding our credit policy.

Does River Forks Imports sell to the public ?
No, we do not sell to the public. We wholesale only to furniture and antique dealers and require a valid tax
exempt number. If you are an individual interested in our furniture, you may contact our main office for a list
of dealers in your area who carry River Forks. If there are none, please mention us to your local furniture retail outlets.

Is there a minimum order amount ?
Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $2000 (This minimum may be higher in certain areas) for all warehouse
orders that are to be delivered to your store. (No residential deliveries) This does not apply to customer pick-ups.

What is your shipping procedure ?
Our shipping procedure is as follows:
- We ship containers directly to your store from our factories in Indonesia, China and Egypt (No residential deliveries).
We have the ability to ship containers anywhere in the USA as well as internationally. For more information regarding
container sales, please contact our main office.
- A minimum order of $2000 is required for warehouse shipping (some areas are higher). Before placing and order, ask
if we ship to your location.
- We ship to all parts of the following states: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina,
West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas.
- We only ship to certain areas in the following states: Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
Please contact our main office or your sales representative for more information.
- Delivery time depends upon availability. For items that are currently in stock, delivery time is between 2-4 weeks. For special
order items, you should expect a delivery time of 12-16 weeks. If you wish to receive a partial order, then each shipment must
consist of the minimum order amount of $2000, otherwise we must ship your order at one time.
- There is a minimum freight charge of 10% of the total purchase amount on all orders. This percentage may be higher in
certain locations.
- You are responsible for having someone available to unload our truck. Once the truck has been unloaded, you must be sure
and inspect each piece thoroughly, because you will be asked to sign a delivery sheet on which you will record any damages
or missing items at that time. This will be done before the driver leaves. Once you sign this delivery sheet, River Forks Imports
will not be held responsible for any damages.
